I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, low self esteem, relationship issues, depression, life crossroads, trauma, work issues and other challenges.

Sessions offer a place for you to talk about things, to heal & grow, or gain clarity and direction. You can also pick up effective tools & resources that allow you to live a happier, calmer life and transform your relationships.

What is Life Coaching?

As a Life Coach I love helping people to grow in confidence, to tune into what they really want for their lives and support them in taking achievable steps to their goals and dreams.
